Magnetic separator

Magnetic separators are one of the easiest ways of cleaning bulk products from steel contamination. Placed directly above a belt conveyor allowing magnetic field to act on transported material, they remove metal particles in a fully automated way. The separators differ in the type of magnet used and contamination removal method.

The material can be removed mechanically, pneumatically or using a self-cleaning system. The self-cleaning belt conveyor equipped with a magnetic separator is used to transport material and clean it of steel particles at the same time.
